The HR Specialist LOA Case Management is responsible for the administration of the leave process including documentation determining eligibility and accounting for intermittent and reduced-schedule leave. Communicates with employees regarding their needs and available solutions. Ensures employees are educated with respect to their responsibilities, documentation and notification requirements in order to be placed on a leave of absence, and the employee's leave rights in compliance with State, Federal and University policy.
