Falk College seeks a part-time instructor to teach FST 201 M002 and M003 Professional Baking (3 credits per course) in the Fall 2024 (08/19/2024-12/10/2024) semester. Course Description: Fundamentals, Bakeshop production and control, formulas, basic measurement, conversions, ingredients, the baking process, basic mixes, and doughs. Sec M002 class meets Monday, 12:45 PM-4:15 PM EST. Sec M003 class meets Friday, 9:30 AM-1:00 PM, EST.
