Your Role on the Team

Position Summary:

The Physical Therapist I or II provides a full range of physical therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning. This positon may be filled as a PT I or PT II

Required Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility from California Board of Physical Therapy
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a licensed physical therapist (PT II)
• If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualified for CCS paneling requirement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in research; neurology or neuromuscular disorders

Licenses and Certifications:

• BLS
