Description
The Assistant Director will participate in the planning, coordination and implementation of strategy and tactics that enable the Colleges to recruit and enroll intellectually-curious students. The Assistant Director's responsibilities will include territory management (travel, correspondence and communication with prospective students and secondary school personnel), interviewing prospective, hosting on-campus events, management of student assistants, and prospective student application review. Directed by the Director of Admissions, the Assistant Director will oversee two initiatives designed to support the institution's enrollment goals. Evenings and weekend work are frequently required at various times throughout the year.

This is a full-time, 12-month, benefits-eligible, administrative exempt position. This position description is not all-inclusive as other tasks or responsibilities may be assigned. Annual salary is $60,405.80.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required.
Title is commensurate on experience, (0-2 year for Assistant Director and 3 or more years for the Associate Director).
College admission recruitment or related experience preferred.
Candidates for the position must possess superb written and oral communication skills, computer skills, a high level of energy, a valid driver's license, and a lively imagination.
Knowledge of enrollment CRM (Slate), Microsoft Office helpful.
The ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds is required.
