Working/Functional Title Thrive Kitchen Sanitation Worker Position Summary To clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, kitchen and serving equipment, and related work areas by utilizing and operating appropriate equipment; sweeps, mops, sanitizes floors of kitchen and related work areas according to prescribed standards; empties waste baskets, trash cans, boxes, and containers; may assist in maintaining food inventories and food preparation.
