Leadership Gift Officer
The Leadership Gift Officer works under the direction of the Senior Associate Director, Annual Giving to support dollar growth strategy and programs in addition to developing and maintaining an active pipeline of leadership- and major gift-level donors. This is an exempt position with a pay range of $70,000 - $80,000.ResponsibilitiesWith a strong understanding of donor solicitation strategies, work with a dynamic and innovative team to support the Hamilton Fund leadership giving program through:Managing a portfolio of approximately 300 prospects within the Hamilton Fund, qualifying, stewarding and developing them to secure, retain, and upgrade Hamilton Fund leadership level gifts ($2,500-$10,000), with the goal of developing a pipeline
