NYU Tandon School of Engineeering

The NYU Center for Responsible AI is looking for a part-time research associate to work on the "Synthetic data generation for reproducibility" project.  As part of this work, we will reproduce results in social science research papers, and use synthetic data generation techniques to further reproducibility of results.  This work will be supervised by Prof. Julia Stoyanovich.

In compliance with NYC?s Pay Transparency Act, the hourly range for this position is $26.26 to 32.14 per hour. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.

Master of Science degree in Computer Science or Data Science  We are seeking individuals with a solid academic and practical experience in database management, experience in algorithm development and large-scale experimental evaluation, and an interest in responsible data management.
