The OSU Physics REU program will provide 8 non-OSU undergraduate students with research training in one of the following seven research areas:
1) atomic, molecular, and optical physics
2) biophysics
3) nuclear physics
4) particle physics
5) astrophysics
6) condensed matter physics, and
7) physics education research.
The students will also engage in a program of field trips and professional development activities that educate them about the conduct of research and the prospects for careers in physics.
