Clinical Scheduling Coordinator
We are seeking a Clinical Scheduling Coordinator who will be responsible for all aspects of surgical and procedural coordinating. This position schedules patients into the most convenient time slots while considering factors such as the actual procedure, need for combined surgeons, OR time, availability of operating room personnel and equipment.Specific Duties & ResponsibilitiesWorks with the staff to develop, implement and manage systems to ensure all required components are completed for surgical patients, i.e., consents and waivers, history and physical, orders.
