IT Manager
IT@JH Office of the Deputy CIO is seeking an IT Manager to manage a team of analysts and/or developers who develop, implement, and support business intelligence (BI) solutions. Responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of BI applications to enhance business decision-making capabilities. This role has a university-wide scope, requiring collaboration with data owners, system/data SMEs, and business analysts to align data and reporting strategy with institutional priorities. Leads communities of practice around BI tools and partners with data stewards on data literacy and governance.
