The Banquet Houseman is responsible for ensuring all meeting rooms are set in advance according to client specification. Maintains the order and cleanliness of the meeting areas, thereby contributing to a pleasant, positive guest experience
  1. Moves and arranges tables, chairs and equipment according to client specifications as described on the Banquet Event Order/Diagram.
  2. Cleans/polishes furniture as needed.
  3. Refreshes and maintains conference rooms, hallways, service and storage areas.
  4. Maintains inventory of equipment and supplies.
  5. Operates equipment such as vacuum.
  6. Consistent communication with HCC sales, planning and operational staff.
  7. Other duties as assigned.

High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Similar work experience in a customer service environment
  • Minimum of one year experience in hospitality as a houseman
