Researcher
The Research Senior Associate will work with federal and state partners by leading projects associated with modeling native and non-native fish population dynamics. The Research Senior Associate must be able to cultivate relationships with project partners, including state and federal biologists, to compile and synthesize data. The Research Senior Associate will initiate and lead detailed, critical research to develop statistical models to identify drivers of population dynamics of fishes. The Research Senior Associate will apply innovative and creative approaches to integrating multiple sources of information in data limited systems. The Research Senior Associate will also translate statistical models into simulation models to predict fish responses to variable environmental conditions
