Coordinator, Commencement & Special Events
Provides coordination support for events and commencement-related activities for the Office of the President. Responsibilities can include a variety of event support activities, including site and vendor selection, logistical support, seating charts, program format assistance, catering orders, facilities set-up and tear-down, coordination and processing of event- related materials including invitations, guest lists and responses, follow-up information and other printed materials. Participates in diploma processing and presentation each semester and serves as backup when needed. Manages the duplicate diploma and diploma certification processes. Assists with the Presidential Host program, including recruiting, hiring, training and supervising during events. Attends commencement and events
