Position Purpose:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A minimum of six (6) years' related full-time professional experience in NCAA intercollegiate athletics at a Division I institution plus two (2) years of supervisory/management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading one or more of the student-athlete experience focused areas within a Division I Athletics Department including academics, athletic medicine, strength and conditioning, nutrition, performance psychology and community service.
• Demonstrated experience as a leader to provide direction to student athletes and/or staff members.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational, verbal, writing, interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, establish priorities, and organize varied and complex tasks.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays depending on work and game schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work as part of a team and motivate staff in a fast – paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the university by the university's insurance carrier.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree or advanced professional degree.
