Postdoctoral Scholar
The Postdoctoral Scholar position will work with the mentor, Dr. Susie Breitenstein, with a focus on intervention and behavior of child, family, and parents and community engaged research. In particular, the scholar will focus on work related to research designed to support parenting and improve child outcomes. The scholar will also train with the research team for two funded NIH grants on which Dr. Breitenstein is a principal investigator and develop skills specific to the conduct of large intervention studies. Finally, they will have opportunities to analyze existing data, to author and co-author manuscripts, and to gain exposure to and mentorship on grant writing.
