Department Name: MG31L:IM-PULMONARYJob Summary: The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in the ambulatory care setting works in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care Pulmonary team. The complexity of the pulmonary outpatient service line requires an in depth knowledge of the multiple aspects of pulmonary and the ability to develop a thorough health care plan for the patients seen in this space.On occasion the APP who functions primarily in the clinic may perform some coordination of inpatient care and outpatient follow-up after discharge.
