Position Summary:

• Responsible for the creation, development, oversight, analysis and evaluation of courses, workshops, mentorship programs, new innovative online training, and internship programs
• Uses a high level of judgment, strategic view, leadership and analysis including the ability to weigh and balance multiple goals and responsibilities
• Anticipates market trends, to understand concerns and provide leadership to students, alumni, faculty, staff, employers, and the university and GSN administration
• Develops and oversees institutional research initiatives, as well as group and individual learning activities for GSN graduate students in order to improve professional development and enhance career success

Minimum Education and Experience:

• A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or EdD) required
• Minimum of two years creating, managing, administering, and/or evaluating professional development and academic enrichment activities for graduate students at a major research university.
