The Department of Surgery, Trauma Division is seeking an Acute Care CO Nurse Practitioner to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team and is responsible for providing comprehensive care, including preoperative and postoperative care to patients being evaluated for Trauma. AP provides patient education as well as routine history and physical assessments and evaluation of lab tests.This individual will assist with inpatient (on the Surgical Floor), outpatient care (in the Surgery Clinic) and work with the Trauma Surgery team; order appropriate treatments and medications; strive for quality patient care and safety initiatives; and complete all necessary documentation and billing information as appropriate and meet compliance gui
