New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD) is actively seeking an Assistant Research Scientist to join their µCT core facility within the Department of Molecular Pathobiology. This facility boasts a state-of-the-art Bruker Skyscan 1172 µCT scanner, complemented by advanced computing resources. The ideal candidate will be entrusted with various responsibilities, including conducting scans, 3D reconstructions, and bone morphometric analysis. Additionally, the role involves routine maintenance of both software and hardware, imparting training and overseeing new users, as well as managing the scheduling of the instrument for NYUCD, NYU Medical School, and outside researchers.Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in µCT equipment, research on mineralized t
