Employer Engagement Coordinator
Under the guidance of the Associate Director, Communications and Employer Relations, the Employer Engagement Strategist will research and report on issues related to employers and market trends. This includes responding to employer and alumni inquiries sent to Career and Professional Development (CPD), and proactively engage in outreach to prospective employers. This position supports the Director, who cultivates relationships with employer organizations seeking partnerships with LMU for campus-wide talent acquisition and development.
