Position Purpose:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, Security, IT, Management Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A minimum of six (6) years' experience of progressive responsibilities administering (installation, support, repairs, troubleshooting, applications) on various construction projects related to safety and security, worked on software solutions for project management software, application database integration, asset management, and enterprise network operation.
• A minimum of two (2) years' supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to supervise, coach, manage, and direct the staff.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of security card access systems, intrusion alarm systems, locks and keys hardware's, familiar with electric lock hardware installation and working knowledge of the door access components, ability to learn new technology and its operation for access systems.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service skills, excellent problem solving skills, ability to remain calm under stressful situations as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a team environment and able to collaborate professionally with all stakeholders and the department heads, UTS, OUPD, Housing, Student Affairs, Purchasing etc.
• Experience with budgeting, technical proposal, bidding process, vendor management, IT and purchasing procurement.
• Ability to execute tasks or the projects within budget and on schedule.
• Ability to present power point presentation to university management.
• This position is required to be performed in-person (40) hours per week.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree.
• Experience with software applications including Banner® by Ellucian software, Security software's, Door Access software's.
• Prior experience in a college or university setting.
