High School diploma/GED and five years full time or Associate?s Degree and three years full time experience working in a Registrar?s Office, Admissions, Financial Aid or with Student Accounts. Experience working in Higher Education required, preferably at a Community College. Knowledge and experience working with Student Information systems, preferably Banner.

Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field.  Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.  

1. Oversee the registration process.
2. Train temporary staff and work study students in the registration procedures and related registration activities. 
3. Create and maintain daily staff schedule for office staff. 
4. Problem solve, troubleshoot and address student concerns; research student and staff registration problems.
