Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement and lead EPIC's workforce development programs by leading the day to day aspects of multiple projects and the EPIC Affiliates program.
• Independently develop new partnerships with private and public sector clients, government agencies and other various external partners.
• Appropriate senior-level engineering expertise and experience with the ability to serve or act as principal investigator on externally funded projects.

Minimum Experience / Education:

• Candidates must have a master's degree in an appropriate engineering discipline.
• Five years of work experience.
• Previous experience in project management and engineering is required.

Preferred Education Skills and Experience:

• Experience in the energy industry is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
