Position Summary: The primary location of this position is on the main Cullowhee, NC campus.

The Administrative Support Specialists in the Admission Office handle a variety of processing and customer service activities. This position in particular works at the designated reception area to handle inquiries on the phone as well as from visitors, tour attendees, and any university staff that require assistance with Admissions issues. This position also requires participation in Open Houses or other events as needed. This position works with confidential information; staff in this position must understand FERPA laws.

Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required for this position:

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
