Registered Nurse - Cardiology Clinic
Under the supervision of the Administrative Director, guided by the policies and procedures of the Ambulatory Care Center, and in collaboration with the physicians and other clinical staff, the Clinical Nurse 2 is responsible for providing safe, efficient nursing care to patients in the Interventional Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program. Triages patients and responds appropriately according to protocol and nursing assessment. The Clinical Nurse 2 utilizes the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation) to provide safe and therapeutic clinical care in this specific cardiology patient population.
