Job Description SCOPE IN POSITION The outpatient service centers, which includes the Outpatient phlebotomy sites located at Ross, Doan, McCampbell, Martha Morehouse, Stoneridge Internal Medicine, Carepoint Lewis Center, Carepoint Gahanna and Central Processing Area encompass specimen collection and specimen processing within the Department of Clinical Laboratories. The Central Processing Area is staffed 24 hours per day, Sunday through Saturday. The patient service center locations are staffed between the hours of 7:00 am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, in order to accommodate each patient service center?s specific hours of operation.
