Position Purpose:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Previous experience in admissions, recruiting, advising, communications, marketing, event planning.
• Previous experience in event planning and/or recruiting students for educational opportunities.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to attend on and off-campus events, including nights and weekends when applicable.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the university's insurance carrier.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with outreach in K-12 settings.
• Knowledge of Google Suite, email marketing software, web content management systems, design software, and/or CRM software.
• Experience with recruiting at healthcare facilities, high schools, and college fairs.
