Brandeis University is seeking a Senior Executive Administrator to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Senior Vice President and Vice President of our Marketing and Communications (MarCom) division.

What You will Do:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and senior administrator to the Senior Vice President and the Vice President of MarCom, helping to drive decision-making and strategic priorities.

• Act as the bridge between leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with university goals.

• Manage executive calendars, track priorities, and prepare leadership for high-level meetings and engagements.

• Oversee operational functions of the MarCom office, including budget planning, vendor coordination, and compliance with university policies.

• Play a key role in organizing events, board relations, and community outreach to enhance Brandeisâ™s presence and engagement.

What You Bring:

• 5-8 years of experience in a leadership or strategic administrative role.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear messaging.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive initiatives forward.

• A high level of discretion, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking to anticipate challenges and opportunities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience managing budgets and external vendors.

• A team-oriented mindset with a customer service approach and a passion for collaboration.
