The Department of Accounting and Business Law at the Hankamer School of Business, Baylor University, invites applications for a non-tenure track Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Clinical Assistant Professor position starting August 2025. The appointment as a Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, or Clinical Assistant Professor will depend on a candidate's experience and qualifications.

Baylor is a Christian research university with a rich tradition of teaching excellence. We invite candidates from diverse backgrounds who will help the department train undergraduate and graduate students in a way that models our Christian faith. An ideal candidate can teach a variety of classes at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and has relevant experience in individual and entity taxation.

Overall, applicants will be expected to make a commitment to excellence in teaching and service, and throughout these responsibilities, demonstrate a commitment to authentically living out their faith commitments. Qualifications:

• A graduate degree in accounting or a related field required.
• PhD in relevant discipline or a minimum of three years of professional experience required.
• Significant professional experience in taxation preferred.
• The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their commitment to high-quality teaching, pedagogical innovation, and inclusive education.
