Director of Gift Administration and Records Management
The Director of Gift Administration & Records Management has primary responsibility to manage the secure and accurate processing, storage, and tracking of all Hamilton philanthropic contributions and Advancement related biographic and demographic information. Hamilton manages this information via a best-in-class Advancement system, around ascend on the Salesforce platform. As a result, the Director will be responsible for coordinating (in conjunction with platform developers) automations, validations, and other system tools to maximize efficiency and accuracy for data and records management.
