Associate Director Kalamazoo Promise Scholars Program
Job Description: Provides leadership, direction, and oversees administration and implementation of all programs and services of the Kalamazoo Promise Scholars Program.Monitors and ensures compliance with grant funding agency and regulations; as well as adhering to University and department policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring that all program goals and objectives, as outlined in the grant, are met.Ensures financial and budgetary accountability of Kalamazoo Promise Scholarship Programs. Determine financial decisions that impact the program.Facilitates and oversees collection of all program data. Responsible for completion and submission of all program evaluation and reports to funding source and other stakeholders.
