Specialist - Outreach-Fixed Term
Position Summary The Department of Psychiatry seeks a PhD, PsyD, MSW to work on the Prevent2Protect(P2P) project a 5-year, $15M project sponsored by the Michigan Department of Education. The Lead Case Manager will work in the P2P Office in the MSU Department of Psychiatry, East Lansing, MI. The Lead Case Manager is an integral member of the hub team and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating services with stakeholders in the communities. The Lead Case Manager will also be responsible for providing guidance for case managers working in five regions of the state. This role will interact with the P2P’s Co-Directors, regional managers, and mentors daily to ensure coordination of care, and implementation of services for identified high-risk, high-need adolescents.
