• Maintenance and processing of the immigration and tax data via the Foreign National Information System and International Tax Navigator;
• Perform routine reconciliations;
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax reconciliation;
• Review and analyze the U.S. tax status of foreign vendors and scholarship recipients under the supervision of the International Tax Manager when the department's workload requires; and
• Other administrative duties as assigned.
  
  

• B.S. in Accounting or related field, or relevant experience in accounting, immigration regulations, taxation, data maintenance, processing, or reconciliation. Strong academic credentials for candidates who do not possess relevant experience or education (3.5 GPA);
• Ability to deliver high-quality, accurate work;
• Demonstrated problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines;
• Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to learn and use tax software; and
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with non-native English speakers.

• Experience applying tax law to non-immigrant visa holders and foreign vendors;
• Experience processing information for entry into an ERP system or other software applications; and
• Experience performing other relevant accounting duties.

Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.
