The Surgery Administrative Assistant II (AAII) is a staff position with the Department of Surgery. The incumbent will provide front office support to include: greeting visitors, answering and routing department calls, sorting and distributing mail and coordinating on-site meetings for all programs. The individual will manage the monthly entry of the AMION schedules and serve as backup for any changes. The incumbent will serve as support for the department efforts with projects within the department Intentional Recruitment Coalition- Pre-medical Surgical Internship (PSI) and Equity in Education Programs and provide assistance with departmental web site, WIKI page and public calendar content updates.
