The “face” of the Admissions Office essential to providing a great first impression to visitors by managing the reception area. Serves as the initial contact for prospects and applicants to the university providing quality and responsive constituent service on the phone, in person, and virtually. Collaborative work managing the office e-mail box, online chat and daily phone inquiries from students/parents/staff, otherwise directing them the appropriate constituent.
