This essential position serves as the main point of contact for operations and logistics for the entire Student Transitions and Family Engagement Portfolio (ST+FE). Specifically, this position coordinates and manages all program logistics including but not limited to meeting space/classroom scheduling, arranging A/V equipment and support, parking/transportation, catering/dining, event signage, campus operations, equipment rental, vendor contracts, expense tracking, etc. This position will be the primary logistical liaison for all large-scale events within the ST+FE portfolio including Move In, Pre-Orientation, New Student Orientation (NSO), Family onboarding, and Family weekend as well as for smaller signature programming.
