MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with TRIO populations or similar.
Three years of relevant experience working with student or employee records.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Intermediate MS Excel and Word, Adobe, Google docs/sheets/slides products knowledge.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse work environment.
Ability to be attentive to details, be accurate, be precise.
Ability to lead/teach and mentor others.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; and work independently with little supervision.

Ability to use Agresso, Slate, Navigate products or proprietary relational databases and CRMs.
