Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site event support as needed
• Track project costs/expenses and maintain accurate records
• Submit and monitor tickets to facilities
• Assist with calendaring and scheduling as needed
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Inventory and supply management
• Assist with mail and delivery needs; notifying recipients
• Serve as the Ambassador for the building, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, checking approved visitor lists, offering masks and hand gel, and providing coverage for security staff as needed
• Share responsibility for badging visitors with the Security Department and perform badge duties during their shifts
• Support the Building Governance team during regular business hours as needed
• Take meeting minutes during building governance meetings conducted twice a month
• Become an expert in using the necessary UCSF resources to assist staff and guests, such as employee location directories and other applicable databases
• Troubleshoot customer service challenges and resolve customer service issues for the best possible outcomes for the people we serve
• Model UCSF PRIDE values, communicate clearly and effectively, and be knowledgeable about building services at UCSF, answering general questions about them
• Provide information about local hotels, restaurants, public transportation, and other community resources
• Other duties as needed in line with requirements, qualifications, and departmental needs
