Job Description
The Finance Coordinator is an integral part of the Finance and Administration department and serves as the first point of contact in responding to queries from School of Law (LAW) staff regarding the various financial processes and student payroll. This role provides administrative support to the Finance department and first level tracking, review, and analysis of LAW transactions and expenses, including P-Card and faculty expenses.

Other tasks include:

• Completing various financial forms for payment of invoices
• Submitting journal entries, and depositing cash or check in the Bank
• Assisting the Associate Director Payroll in various tasks related to processing student payroll, such as completing I-9 forms for walk-ins
• Compiling data, preparing reports
• Completing special projects as requested

Required Skills

• B.A./B.S. required.
• One to three years of office support, preferably in a large organization or university setting.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Drive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
