The Business Coordinator I, under direction, assists the Business Manager with daily functions within the Student Accounts area of Business Services. Work Hours Mon-Fri; 8 AM-5 PM or as work requirements indicate, which may include working remotely at the discretion of the University.

Essential Duties:

-15% Provides support for University Departments using TouchNet MarketPlace/UPay Services for storefront and online credit card payments. Assists with store set-up and aid with onetime events. Creates new products and builds events within the enterprise as needed.

-15% Responsible for Banner daily reconciliations.

-15% Reconciliation of daily Wells Fargo banking.

-15% Responsible for PCI annual certification process. Works with IT security to ensure all schedules are complete and entered into the Campus Guard system by due dates.

-10% Provides assistance and backup with the student refund process with Bank Mobile including oversight of daily card file submission, review and processing of student refunds and parent loan refunds, creation and submission of refund file to Bank Mobile, reconciliation of refund rejects, timeouts and reversals.

-10% Assists with the processing of multiple Banner workflow processes within the department.

-10% Provides exemplary customer service to students, parents, vendors, staff and faculty regarding student accounts.

-5% Processes the short-term loan and book loan file up to census dates each semester to load to Banner.

-5% Other duties as assigned. 

Education and Experience:

-Bachelorâ™s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Two years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

-Banner experience preferred.

-Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. Knowledge of advanced accounting procedures and reconciliation. Verbal and written communication skills. Customer service and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
