RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER
Job Summary: This position is responsible for assisting the management of a highly complex food operation that includes Rathskeller, Stiftskeller and the Brat Stand, a large restaurant complex with alcohol service, concession sales, at an annual volume of $6 million. The Rathskeller complex serves approximately 12,000 customers per week. The Assistant Manager will provide direct supervision to full time and part time staff.
