Assistant Professor WOT, Addiction Medicine (VAPSHCS), General Internal Medicine
Position Description The University of Washington's Department of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine, is seeking applicants for a full-time (1.0 FTE) faculty position to be based at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS). This position will include serving as an attending physician on the Primary Care Service Line at VAPSHCS, resident and student supervision, and generating scholarly works related to addiction medicine. This position will be at the Assistant Professor rank (without tenure due to funding) on the clinician/scholar pathway. Assistant professors WOT are eligible for multi-year appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service
