GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT: We are seeking a Research Technician to join our team at MGH in the Pathology and Radiology Departments. Our research group has a strong publication and research track record, and includes one faculty member, as well as visiting medical students. We are investigating the correlation of magnetic resonance spectroscopy and imaging (MRS/MRI) with histopathology to develop less-invasive diagnostic tools for many different types of cancer, with current focus on prostate and renal cancers. Additional projects include nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) analysis of urine samples from prostate cancer patients and mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) of prostate tissue.
