The Talent Acquisition Partner provides full cycle recruiting support for a designated group of university units. This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with hiring managers and university leaders to provide top talent to the organization, while advocating for candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a fair and equitable talent acquisition process. This role develops reports to track and communicate progress on recruiting efforts, and is a champion for the culture, values and strategy of the university.
