Job Summary: This position will function and serve as a lead worker of food preparation work, including the production and serving of food; supply and distribution of food and supplies to service areas; and cleaning of assigned work areas. The position will oversee, direct and coordinate the work of part time staff. Responsibilities: Performs a variety of food preparation activities and related tasks according to quality and safety standards in dining, retail, and/or catering venues to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve departmental food service goals. 40% Performs routine and non-routine food preparation activities including cook to order and specialty foods 20% Trains and guides
