Job Summary: Serve as first-tier support for the Employer Relations (ER) Unit, external employers, and Career Development Center regarding customer service, ER marketing strategy, and technology leadership without supervision/autonomous decision making.Essential Duties: First point of contact for new external employer contacts (via Handshake, phone, email, in-person) – provide customer service, direction and guidance to Employer Outreach Specialist contact. Includes independent assessment/council of employer needs and next steps. Autonomous decision-making authority to manage questions, issues, concerns. Manage, monitor personal staff email inbox in addition to the ER unit email inbox to ensure employer inquiries are responded
