The Part Time Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) Instructional Aide plays a key role in the overall implementation and monitoring of the AEL program's instruction and its respective curriculums: High School Equivalency (HSE), English as a Second Language (ESL), Distance Learning, as well as other grant curriculums. Requirements

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalency. This position requires a working knowledge of computer systems and software, superior organizational skills, and the ability to make sound decisions. This position requires meeting mutually agreed-upon objectives within a specific timeframe. Upon hiring, this position must go through training to become a certified tester for AEL curriculums. A criminal background check is also required.
