Social Media Coordinator
Reporting to the Associate Dean of Academics and under limited supervision of the Director of the School of Information, and receiving work lead direction from the Marketing and Outreach Specialist of the School of Information within the College of Professional and Global Education, the Social Media Coordinator helps oversee the school’s various social media platforms and the overall user experience (UX) of its digital spaces. For social media this includes crafting and designing messaging, posting, and responding to questions and comments as well as working with the marketing and communications team to implement a vibrant and robust social media presence across all channels.
