Tribal FFPSA Coordinator
About the Job:The Families First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA) was signed into law in 2018 with the aim of supporting services for families to help children remain in their homes. Identifying, sharing, and developing culturally-based services that prevent out of home placement of Indigenous children is critical to supporting American Indian children, families, and Tribal Nations. Under the guidance of the Project Director, the FFPSA Coordinator will lead the effort of Tribal collaboration to identify family preservation needs and current practices; disseminate information; and ensure the expressed needs of Tribes participating in the project are at the forefront of program efforts.
