Required Skill/ability 1: Ability to work with patients and handle surgical scheduling. Ability to coordinate program and office activities. Ability to establish, select, implement, and coordinate office procedures and systems. Ability to serve as principal source of information to students, staff, and faculty on policies, procedures, programs, and office activities.
Required Skill/ability 4:
Ability to determine administrative, facility, and equipment needs for events, symposia, lectures, seminars, and conferences. Ability to assemble and arrange for necessary items as well as to determine sources of data. Ability to compile, synthesize and
manipulate data as well as summarize findings and writing reports or portions of reports.
Required Skill/ability 2:
Ability to manage Outlook calendaring. Well-developed demonstrated ability with computer skills including a minimum of intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Six years of related work experience, four of them in the same job family at the next lower level, and high school level education; or four years of related work experience and an Associate's degree; or little or no work experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
